  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe, including Tahoe City, Carnelian Bay, Kings Beach, Tahoma, the Olympic Valley, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this range, reach out as we may be able to accommodate special requests.

  • How does scheduling work?

    Everything is flexible to your needs (pending availability). You can submit your request on our Contact Us page or by text (415-462-4686). Just tell us what you need and when you need it by, and we’ll handle everything .

  • What types of errands do you handle?

    Pretty much anything you’d do yourself if you had the time. Grocery stocking, package pickup or shipping returns, vendor access, forgotten-item delivery, seasonal prep, or special surprises like party setup.

  • Do I need to be there during service?

    No. As long as we have access to your property (lockbox, keypad, or keyholder), we can take care of everything while you’re away.

  • How much notice do you need?

    At least 48 hours notice is ideal. For urgent or same-day requests, text us and if we can make it happen, we will.

  • Can businesses use Tahoe Errands too?

    Yes. We assist small businesses and vacation rental hosts with deliveries, supplies, and setup for team retreats or events.
